Physical health is just as important and Samuel has made a big commitment. He wants to transform his physique within a year. He has hired a full-time personal trainer to help make this happen.
It’s not just a 6 pack challenge, it’s far more than that. This is a journey to create total health and well-being. The mission is not just to provide a quick fix but install a new regime which lasts a lifetime. It’s about creating behavioural change so that he is permanently in a good place when it comes to his weight and fitness. His personal trainer says that a key thing which convinced him that Samuel was ready to change, was that he put a video out about it. He announced to the world that he was making this commitment. If you want to improve your health and fitness, it’s not enough to just say it to yourself. You need to make yourself publicly accountable.
Accountability is the essential ingredient here. It doesn’t matter if you can’t afford a full-time personal trainer (although, if you have been following Samuel’s property advice you should have spare cash for a gym membership and a part time personal trainer at the very least). The main thing is you have people around you who are going to call you out when you don’t do what you said you would. Don’t worry, it’s not all dark and gloomy – you can still treat yourself. However, you need to find a balance.
