QUESTION: When calculating mortgage payments on a deal, you say to go down the interest payment option as works out best most times…my question is how long do you get the mortgage term agreed for?? For example £150k loan at 3% would work out £375 per month but only if the term was roughly 33 years. Is there a ‘best’ term to opt for and also is there a limit to ther length if getting via a limited company?? Many thanks Parm
