Samuel decides to give away some of his biggest gems when it comes to negotiating. Sometimes in order to get the best deal, all it takes is a few keywords to be said.

Negotiating is a fine art and will require some finesse and the use of a few magic words by Samuel.

Never make an offer on a property unless you’re embarrassed.

Be really specific with your offer even down to the final pennies and pence.

Use the If Would strategy. “If I were to offer you” “Would you be opening to accepting it?”

Never give the first figure as usually the person that makes the first offer usually loses.
